THE IDEA
Kate McNulty has a degree in Human Kinetics from the University of British Columbia and is a certified Personal Trainer. She is also a fitness and figure competitor with a specialty in coaching clients to get c competition ready in 12 weeks using her body makeover plan.
Bonnie Barton has worked in the film and television industry for 13 years as a body double and actor. She has also worked in medical clinics specializing in body contouring and non-surgical procedures.
When they finally met and started training together, they began discussing new ideas that followed the principles of portion controlled eating. However, there was a huge gap in the industry of making this an efficient part of ones day. Carrying around multiple leaky food containers in your gym bag or purse can be really frustrating, as well as time consuming, (not to mention when you add counting calories, measuring and packing everything!)
So the idea of the Vidadish's portion controlled plates was in motion. The product had to be BPA free, made with recyclable materials and Made in Canada. It was also important that it possess extreme durability, be highly functional, and of course have great aesthetic.
Diet trends will come and go but they do not provide long term solutions to weight loss, which ironically,is what everyone is trying to achieve. Vidadish products not only teach this philosophy, but guide customers to a healthy affordable and effective way to begin long lasting lifestyle changes.
